I enjoy meeting my students where they are and I work to show them they can always go further and do more. Through a combination of thoughtful imagery, clear descriptions, and musically-driven combinations, I aim to create an environment where my students feel supported in their journey of growth. The music is the guiding force for me in class and our bodies need to be encouraged and allowed to explore and discover!”
